1. Right of return
   • Conform OUG nr. 34/2014You have the right to return products purchased online within 14 calendar days from receiving the order, without providing a reason.
   The products must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, together with all accessories and accompanying documents.
2. Exceptions to returns. Products cannot be returned that.Have been used or damaged after delivery; belong to categories which, by their nature, cannot be returned for protection reasons (if applicable for certain products).

   3. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in cases where the product was delivered incorrectly or is defective.
4. Refund of Money
   Refunds for returned products will be made within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the confirmation of the return.
   The amount will be refunded to the bank account indicated by the customer.
